It was a joy to welcome you back to North Broadway Ranch and see how much you've grown since your elementary school days. As you prepare to begin your next chapter, whether that includes a four-year university, community college, military service, trade school, or entering the workforce, we wish you every success and happiness.
We are so proud of all you have accomplished and can't wait to see where your future takes you.
Once a Bronco, Always a Bronco!
The last day of school for students for the 2025-2026 school year is tomorrow, Wednesday, June 10th.
It is a minimum day for students; dismissal at 12:10 pm. The school office will be closed to the public from Friday, June 19th, through Wednesday, August 5th. The first day of school for the 2026-2027 school year is Tuesday, August 18th.
From helping in classrooms and chaperoning field trips to running events and handling countless tasks behind the scenes, especially our amazing Volunteer Club Ladies and PTA Board, you have been the backbone of our success. Your generosity, energy, and constant willingness to help have created such a positive and welcoming environment for our students.
I would also like to extend a special thank you to the dedicated members of our leadership committees, including PTA, School Site Council (SSC), and ELAC. Your commitment, thoughtful input, and partnership have helped guide important decisions and strengthen our school community throughout the year.
A very special congratulations and thank you to our Volunteer of the Year, Mary Ortiz. Mary's volunteer efforts this year went above and beyond in countless ways. Her dedication, generosity, and unwavering support of our students, staff, and families have made a lasting impact on our school community. We are incredibly grateful for all she has done and are proud to recognize her for this well-deserved honor.
Whether you volunteered your time, shared your talents, attended meetings, supported events, or advocated for our students, please know that your contributions have made a meaningful difference. Our students, staff, and families are better because of your involvement.
Thank you for being such an important part of the North Broadway Ranch family. We appreciate you more than words can express and look forward to another wonderful year together!

It is time for our BOGO Book Fair! Starting Monday, May 18th through Friday May 22nd, our Book Fair will be open in the morning from 7:35- 8:00 am and every afternoon from after school until 3:30 pm. Your student will also visit the Book Fair with their class during their usual library time. We will also be open during our Open House this Thursday.
Join us and stock up on awesome books for summer. Every item in our Book Fair is Buy One Get One Free! We accept cash, debit, credit, and e-pay. You can also set up an online e-wallet for your student.
Reminder: CA tax rate has recently increased by 1%. Our TAX RATE is 0.09

Come check out the NB Ranch's Secret Garden Plant Sale this Thursday, May 7th, from 12:00–1:00 pm!
The PTA will have a great selection of plants available ($1–$10), and all proceeds will support future projects for our Secret Garden redesign.
Cash, card, and Bronco Bucks are accepted!

Big congratulations to our amazing students!
At our district-wide STEM Field Day in March, NB Ranch’s team of 5th grade students earned 1st place in Treobytes!
We are so proud of their hard work, creativity, and teamwork. They represented our school with excellence and truly stood out among the competition.
Way to go, team, you did it!
Our Bronco Bike Rodeo was a success!
A big thank you to the Escondido Police Department and the Escondido COMPACT Education Program for helping make this event possible.
Our students had a great time while learning important bike and scooter safety tips. They also earned their very own “driver’s license” and learned interesting information from Sergeants Mat Ciremele and Jeff Udvarhelyi.
Everyone went home with valuable safety knowledge and some cool safety gadgets. What a great day!
